2. Data we process
We collect contact data you provide (name, email, messages), technical device information (IP address, browser, language) and browsing events when you allow analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Purposes
We use data to reply to enquiries, evaluate interest in real estate opportunities, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, measure and personalise advertising campaigns.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your consent, the execution of pre-contractual relationships and the fulfilment of regulatory obligations. If you reject measurement or advertising cookies, those processings are not carried out.
5. Retention
We keep data for the time needed to fulfil the described purposes and, afterwards, during the terms required by Argentine law (for example, tax and commercial regulations).

We work with cloud, communications and digital advertising providers. When relevant, we transfer data to third parties offering adequate protection levels through contractual clauses that mirror Argentine law principles.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data confidentiality and integrity. No system is fully invulnerable, so we recommend not sharing credentials and regularly checking your devices.

We may update this policy when services, regulations or technologies evolve. The current version is published on this site with its date of last update.
